Payment Plans
Payment plans are available at registration time for classes lasting longer than one month and with fees over $100.00.

Cancellation Policy/Student Withdrawal Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and given to Senseney administrative staff.
  • You will receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee if you cancel less than one week before your class begins.
  • No refund or credit will be issued if a student is registered for an age inappropriate class and Senseney staff determines it to be an unsuccessful fit.
  • No refund or credit will be issued for classes missed by the student.
  • Senseney Music reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops that are not fully enrolled. In this case, classes may either be combined, an alternate class may be chosen or payment may be refunded in full.

Code of Conduct
In order to provide students with a safe and supportive environment, we do not tolerate any form of physical or verbal abuse, harassment, vandalism, or the use of any illegal substances. Any behaviors found in violation of this policy will be addressed and the student may be asked to leave classes. No refunds will be issued in the event that the Code of Conduct is violated.

Children under age of 12 must be supervised at all times by their accompanying adult while in the facility and on the facility grounds. This includes accompanying them to the restroom and water fountain.

While in the Center, it is expected that siblings of class students will be involved in quiet play and at a noise level that is conducive to a business atmosphere and to classroom learning.  Please, no running or active games (tag, hide and seek, etc.).

Please, take your child to the toilet before class, washing hands after going to the restroom. Stay in building if child needs help toileting.

Pick Up and Drop Off
Students who are younger than 8 years must be dropped off and picked up at their classroom. Students who are 8 and older may be dropped off and picked up at the sliding doors.
Teachers will retain students under 8 years in the classroom until a parent is visually seen.
If a student is picked up later than 10 minutes after the end of a session, a $7.00 fee may be charged.

Medical Emergency Policy
If we are unable to contact a parent or if time does not permit, 911 services will be used. All expenses incurred are the responsibility of parent/legal guardian.

Photos and Videos
Senseney Music, Inc. (and its designees and agents) has permission to utilize my student’s image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the class in any medium or content for any purposes, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.

Families are welcome to take recordings and photographs of their student in class for strictly personal use only. Any recordings or photos taken by families cannot be used for broadcast and/or distribution via the internet including but not limited to social media sites and/or public websites.

Attendance: Students are expected to arrive on time to achieve full benefit of class offerings. On-time arrival also allows for the least amount of disruption to the class. As a courtesy, parents are asked to contact Senseney Music at the Center (316.201.6654) if students will be late or absent. Senseney Music does not offer make-up classes in the event of absences.

Inclement Weather: Senseney Music reserves the right to cancel classes for inclement weather. Cancellations will be announced via email, Facebook, text and/or on our website. Senseney is not required to refund partial tuition or make up the class for cancelled classes due to weather.

By registering in a class I indicate that I have read and agree with the Senseney Music, Inc. policies. 

  • Audience members have an important role to play in the show. A live performance is a unique experience shared between the performers and the audience. Here are some tips to share with your group in order to ensure the best possible experience for everyone.
  • Make sure you have enough support. Suggested ratio of children to adults is 6:1.
  • Take your time! Plan to arrive 20 minutes before the show starts.
  • An usher can help you find your seats, or direct you to the restrooms.
  • Please take bathroom trips before or after the show, or during the intermission.
  • Once you get into the theater, you can talk quietly until the performance begins.
  • Please turn OFF your cell phone texting or checking your phone is NOT allowed during the show.
  • No cameras or video allowed. (This strict rule protects performers and the copyrighted work.)
  • Snacks may be eaten in the lobby only – before the show, during intermission, or after the show (not in the theater).
  • Remain seated during the performance; give your full attention to the stage. Intermission lasts around 15 minutes, and is the best time for a break.
  • You may laugh, respectfully respond (especially when asked!), and show your appreciation by applauding.
  • If you liked the show, give the actors a standing ovation when the show is over! They will thank the audience with a bow.
