January 15 – March 5
6:00 to 7:00pm
Doing a pose “perfectly” is not the aim of this class – it is to nurture a student’s inner strength and self‐acceptance in a relaxed, non‐competitive environment. Students are taught approaches to increase flexibility, gain physical and mental strength and improve coordination and balance while developing skills to manage stress, improve focus, and concentration. Bring a yoga mat and water.
